Coffeewerk + Press is a well-known specialty coffee shop in Galway, Ireland. They offer specialty coffee and other high-quality products that align with their values. They also operate a small gallery under the name of Artwerk Press, where they produce artworks by local artists, in postcard, greeting cards or prints format.
The idea for this collaboration bar came from Dan, owner of Coffeewerk, owner of Coffeewerk, who after offering our chocolates and coffees in his space, proposed us making a bar with his signature coffee.
The coffee is an Ethiopian with candied citrus, bergamot and jasmine notes roasted by April Coffee Roasters. Anyone who knows the profile of Ethiopian coffees will be able to spot it in the bar.
We’ve also added a crunchy coffee crumble, which we make here at Puchero.
