Hazelnut, chocolate, peach.
Sweet and balanced with creamy body and a long caramel aftertaste.
With this line of coffees we focus on offering a sweet profile, with notes of nuts and chocolate, a touch of fruit and a heavy body. Marcos Cezar Miaki is a coffee producer in Patrocinio, Brazil, with Japanese roots. He has been involved in agriculture since a young age, working alongside his father on coffee plantations. His farms, located at an altitude of 1200 meters in the “Chapadão de Hierro” region, are renowned for producing award-winning specialty coffees. Miaki is also an advocate for sustainable production and has obtained certifications such as Rainforest Alliance and Utz Certified for his farms. On the other hand, brothers Hélio and Evandro Sanches invested in the Cerrado Mineiro region to cultivate coffee, focusing on quality and good agricultural practices at their Finca Dois Hermanos Cafés Especiales.
