CUPPING NOTES
Chocolate, hazelnut, nectarine.
Sweet, balanced, with creamy body.
This coffee is part of a series in which we seek to maintain sweet cup profiles, with notes of nuts, chocolate, a hint of fruit and a dense body.
Reinaldo, with roots in Galicia and a family tradition of farming, found the perfect place to grow coffee in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil. His love for the land and entrepreneurial spirit led him to settle in this region, recognized as Brazil’s first “Denomination of Origin,” located in the northwest of Minas Gerais.
Fazenda São Matheus thrives thanks to the well-defined seasons of Cerrado Mineiro: warm, humid summers and dry winters. These conditions, along with altitudes between 800 and 1,300 meters above sea level, produce high-quality coffees with a unique and distinctive character.
