El Cedral, San Antonio, La Unión, La Primavera and La Victoria are the five small farms that work together to produce this coffee. All of them are located within the municipality of Acevedo, Huila, at more than 1,400 masl, they are between 2 and 10 hectares in size and belong to third and fourth generation producers who have continued with the family business. Their objectives are investing more money in the workers, infrastructure, and the necessary machinery to continue improving the quality of their coffee year after year.
