Inzá is a small community located at the top of the Colombian Massif, a mountainous region scattered with lakes and volcanoes in the southwest of the country. Its climate and altitude of more than 2000 meters make it an ideal place to grow specialty coffee. The producers in the region are grouped in Asorcafé, an association that helps them improve the quality of their coffee and thus increase their income. Coffees are washed and then dried between 8 and 15 days, depending on weather conditions.
