This lot has been grown by small farmers of the Colombian cooperative Cadefihuila, mostly on family-owned farms between two and three hectares in size. Each farm is responsible for harvesting, washing and sun-drying the coffee cherries. Specifically, the producers that contribute to this lot are located in the Pitalito area, a region with excellent conditions for the production of specialty coffee. In addition, only those cherries with a superior cup profile to the normal coffees of the region have been selected.
