Villa Clabelina is an old estate where commercial grade coffee was first planted 50 years ago. In 2017, Hernán Prieto bought it and teamed up with Juan Saldarriaga to produce specialty coffee. Juan is the founder of the Coffee Growers Association, a group of farmers working together to improve their methods and the quality of their coffees. In addition, Hernán is constantly experimenting with new fermentation processes and different washing methods to have maximum control over the result.
