Oscar and his wife Francisca manage the farm with a focus on achieving the highest quality in their coffees while also prioritizing environmental conservation, providing stable employment, and preserving coffee culture. This lot has been processed as black honey, a method in which coffee cherries are pulped and placed on African beds. During the first two days, the beans remain stationary, and then they are moved 3 to 4 times a day to reduce coffee moisture. This process takes approximately 15 to 20 days.
