Pistachio Spread 100% crunchy!
With pistachios from Castilla y León
It wasn't enough for us to make a smooth and creamy pistachio cream. We wanted something more. So now our cream is crunchy: creamy, intense and with bits of pistachio for a delicious chewy bite.
The process is the same, we select the pistachios from Castilla y León, and toast them here in Puchero, because roasting makes their flavor deeper and more powerful.
But the story begins much earlier: the pistachio is a patient fruit. From the time the tree is planted, it takes between seven and eight years to bear its first pistachios. They begin to grow at the end of April and are harvested at the end of October, just when the fruit has already put pressure on the shell until it breaks.
This is how we get a 100% roasted pistachio cream, now with these little pieces that make it crunchy and delicious.
