Santo Niño Cacao is an association of producers from the northern region of Mérida, on the border with Zulia. Fresh cacao is carefully selected and fermented in wooden boxes. Post-harvest teams monitor the process several times a day to ensure everything goes as it should.
Despite challenging circumstances, and thanks to unwavering dedication, they manage to maintain the high quality standards that Sur del Lago is meant to represent. A balanced profile, with notes of nuts and pleasant subtleties.
