Finca Guadalupe is the project of José Antonio Salaverria and his two sons. His family has grown coffee for 6 generations, always focused on achieving high-quality beans. Since 2011, several of the farms they manage, those with the best altitude and climate conditions, have been completely focused on growing specialty coffee. This particular coffee is processed as a natural. It is a process José Antonio has experimented with for many years to reduce the ‘fermented’ flavor and increase the clarity and complexity of the coffee.
