La Cabaña is a 7-hectare area within the farm. This lot has been shade-dried on raised beds, which reduces fermentation and pulp flavors, contributing to a cleaner and more complex profile. With 60% of their production Rainforest certified, they focus on sustainability and social responsibility, offering fair wages and benefits to their workers.
