Buno Coffee, led by Abiyot Boru, manages seven washing stations, collaborating with local farmers to enhance quality and create individual micro-lots. The unique Wine Process, adopted by nine skilled farmers, consist of a precise protocol: controlled cherry overripening to accumulate higher sugar levels, sun-drying, extended fermentation (30-60 days), gentle depulping and post-depulping drying. This process results in an amazing coffee cup, showcasing an intense fruity flavor with a wine-like fermentation nuance.
