This lot comes from the Buliye washing station which is managed by Buno General Trading. The Guji area is one of the most interesting in Ethiopia due to its high altitude and abundant crops. Buno Trading is a small exporter that owns 7 washing stations across diferent areas of Guji. Most of the coffees are processed as naturals and come from small producers with farms of between 3 and 7 hectares. Due to the low temperatures at these altitudes, the natural coffees take longer to dry, around 40 days.
