|Layio Washing Station
Bergamot, black tea, peach.
Complex, clean and juicy with a long finish.
The Layio washing station was established in 2018 in Uraga, Guji. Benefiting from abundant sunlight and refreshing cold winds, this location sets the stage for exceptional coffee production. After meticulous cherry picking, the coffee undergoes wet fermentation lasting 24 to 72 hours. Following this, the beans are washed and graded in water-filled channels. Once the fermentation and washing process is completed, the beans are soaked for 6 hours. Finally, the coffee is dried in 2cm layers over 13 days.
