The family of Miguel acquired Santa Clara farm back in 1980 and began sowing coffee there. Over the years many generations of the family have participated in the farm, making additional improvements to the processes and technologies. They hope to improve the quality each year to boost the family’s income and guarantee an excellent product. On the farm they seek to conserve the natural resources of the area as part of their work ethic. Miguel believes the earth itself is a gift and this guides him to use the best environmental practices.
