Andrés Reyes Hernández is the owner of a small, 4 hectare farm in the community of Pozo Negro, Intibuca where this coffee is grown. This region has an enormous potential to produce exceptional coffees, but it is not yet popular enough within the specialty coffee world to become a stable model for its producers. Andreas and his family are part of a group of 60 small producers in Pozo Negro that work together to invest in machinery and infrastructure to improve the already high quality of their coffees.
