Microbio Wines is a wine producer located in Nieva, Segovia, very close to us. For this collaboration, we’ve opted to utilise their Brutal wine, an orange natural wine made with verdejo grapes.

To craft this chocolate, we’ve infused Filipinas Mana cacao nibs for a week with a handful of bottles of Brutal.

The term “Orange” in wine means that the grape skins aren’t removed but left in direct contact with the must, initiating a fermentation process that activates numerous aromatic and coloring elements, contributing to this particular hue.

You’ll discover a fresh grape flavor in this bar, reminiscent of harvest days in the wineries. It captivated us since the first tests.

This chocolate bar is a limited edition with only 700 produced. You’ll find the specific bar number displayed on the label!
