PAYMENT METHODS

 

We recommend payment by debit/credit card.

If you’re unable to pay by card, we also offer payment by bank transfer and Bizum.

If you’re having problems with your payment, please contact us at info@somospuchero.com  and we’ll get back to you right away.

 

SHIPPING

 

24-hour hour shipping pledge: if you order before 10:00 (CET) we’ll dispatch your order that same day.

Free shipping on orders over €40 and low-cost shipping (€4) on other orders (only mainland Spain).

GUARANTEED FRESHNESS

The coffee you receive will usually have left the roaster 5-10 days earlier, with a maximum of 22 days between leaving the roaster and being dispatched.

RETURNS

 

Money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us.

You will have a period of three days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase contract. Puchero will only take responsibility for returns that have been agreed with us before sending (info@somospuchero.com).

We will only accept coffee returns if it is due to an error on the part of Puchero. We send our coffees with a maximum roasting date of 22 days, so if it is returned to us, it will have already lost quality and cannot be shipped again.

In the case of chocolate or spreads products, the customer will have a period of 3 days to contact us and request the return.

You will be responsible for return shipping to our address. In the event of not being able to organize return transportation, our fee to manage the shipment is €7.

If the package is damaged during transport, please do not accept delivery and contact Puchero immediately.
