This coffee, sourced from Huila, is obtained by blending two varieties: Caturra and Pacamara. These varieties are grown on different farms owned by small producers, such as Los Naranjos, Buena Vista, La Fortuna, and Villa del Río. The finest beans from these two varieties have been carefully selected by hand, under the supervision and process design of CATA, resulting in a highly distinctive coffee. Each farm has its own varieties and processing methods, and Salado Blanco is an area rich in diversity, with optimal climatic conditions for cultivating high-quality beans.
