Finca Noruega is located in a forest with regulated shade provided by native species such as ingas, which enrich the soil with organic matter, nitrogen, and improve the environmental balance by capturing CO2. This system creates a microclimate that regulates temperature and humidity, fosters ecological interaction, and enhances water retention during rainfall, reducing soil and plant temperatures by up to 25% in summer.

Finca Noruega cultivates high-quality coffee, ensuring a balance between production and vegetation. Through a technical pruning plan tailored to the variety, age, and terrain conditions, constant regeneration and prolonged productive life of the coffee plants are guaranteed. Natural Process:

  • Pre-drying: 3-5 days on patios with constant movement.
  • Drying: 8-10 days on African beds until reaching 10% humidity.
