If you order before 10:00 (CET), we’ll dispatch your order that same day.
We ensure that your coffee has been roasted no more than 22 days before it is dispatched.
If you place an order with pickup at Puchero before 10:00, it will be ready for pickup starting the next working day. Orders placed after 10:00 will be available for pickup starting two working days later. You can pick up your order any business day between 9:00 and 14:00.
Since we do not have control over the storage conditions of packages shipped over the weekend, we will ship chocolate orders from Monday to Thursday.
During hot months, chocolate shipments will have an additional charge of €3 for Ice Pack. A special packaging to maintain an optimal temperature, made up of an insulation wrap and an ice gel pack (reusable cold accumulator).

Wholesale Conditions
All prices shown below exclude VAT.
We ship coffee and chocolate every day Monday to Friday.
We roast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but always have some coffee in stock for mid-week orders. Just get in touch before you place the order.
Once payment is completed we will ship your order and send you a confirmation message with tracking number.
