Espresso Recipe | Guatemala Patzibir

In this new post, we have a new espresso recipe to enjoy a sweet espresso with fruit notes touch. Our new washed Guatemala Patzibir will be perfect to drink it with milk or by itself. This is because it is well balanced, rounded and sweet with notes of plum, cherry and nougat.

The coffee

Andrés and his family have grown coffee for five generations at Finca Patzibir, in the Atitlán region. One of the things he is most proud of is having the opportunity to offer work and good wages to the inhabitants of the region, creating a familiar atmosphere. He is passionate about agroforestry and organic farming, which allows him to preserve the environment surrounding the farm for the next generations. All of this, together with a technical management of the crops, allows him to produce high quality coffees harvest after harvest.
