In the south of India, the district of Idukki is a place with ideal conditions for growing cacao, surrounded by aromatic spices. The green hills are known for their tropical climate that offers an average temperature of 24ºC with abundant rain and also lots of sun.
In the farms we can find different food crops such as papaya, mango or passion fruit, as well as a wide variety of spices, such as pepper, nutmeg, vanilla or cardamom.
In this chocolate we find a very creamy profile with a refreshing, sweet acidity dried fruits, notably dark raisins and a spicy touch.
