This coffee comes from farm La Ilusión, belonging to Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons. Over the last years we have roasted several lots from the Salaverria family and we are very happy to bring one of them again. They are sixth generation coffee growers and own several small farms in the Santa Ana region. All of their production is 100% Bourbon and, although they have always grown high quality coffee, now each farm’s production is isolated to adapt the crop to the climate and altitude conditions and maximize the quality of the lots.
