The journey of specialty coffee.
Step inside our roastery and discover the world of coffee from the inside. During the visit, you will learn how we select the origins, how we taste and roast each batch, and how we take care of every detail to keep its identity intact.
guided tour We will begin by touring our facilities to show you the entire production process: from the arrival of the green coffee beans, roasting, and Cupping, to the final packaging.
You will learn about different origins and how we choose the coffees we roast, their provenance, altitude, Variety processing method.
Quality Parameter Measurement We will show you how we measure key variables such as moisture, density, and roast color: the same controls we use to guarantee quality in every batch.- Cupping different origins
We will finish with a Cupping of several specialty coffees from our menu. You will learn to identify aromas, acidities, and textures, understanding why specialty coffee is not just a drink, but a sensory and ethical experience.

In this experience, you will discover the entire artisanal process we use to transform cacao beans cacao chocolate at Puchero.
You will be able to taste the cacao different stages of the process —from the roasted bean to the final chocolate—and understand how each origin expresses its unique character.
You will learn about the differences between industrial chocolate and bean-to-bar chocolate, sensory profiles, and the importance of traceability.
