If you order before 10:00 a.m. (peninsular time) we ship it the same day.
Your coffee will have a maximum roasting age of 22 days when it leaves our facilities.
If you place an order with pickup at Puchero before 10:00, it will be ready for pickup the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 will be available for pickup two business days later. You can pick up your order any working day between 9:00 and 14:00.
As we have no control over the storage of packages shipped over the weekend, we will ship chocolate from Monday to Thursday.
During the warmer months, shipments of chocolate shipments will have an additional surcharge of 3,5 for Ice Pack. A special packaging to maintain an optimal temperature, consisting of an insulating coating and an ice gel pack (reusable cold accumulator).

All prices shown below exclude VAT.
We ship coffee and chocolates every day from Monday to Friday.
We roast on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays but we always have coffee in stock for mid-week orders. Just contact us to check stock.
Once the payment is completed we proceed to prepare and ship your order. Once shipped you will receive a message with the tracking number.
The chocolate shipments are made from Monday to Thursdayto avoid exposing them to high temperatures for a longer period of time as they are not delivered on weekends.
