We recommend that you pay by credit/debit card. 

If your card is unavailable, we have payment options via wire transfer and Bizum.

SHIPPING

 

24 hours shipping commitment: If you order before 10:00 (peninsular time) we ship the same day.

Free shipping on purchases over 40€ and super reduced 4€ on the rest (Only peninsula)

COMMITMENT TO FRESHNESS

 

The coffee you will receive will normally take about 5-10 days from the roasting date and a maximum of 22 days from the day it leaves our roastery to you.

RETURNS

 

Money back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us.

The buyer will have a period of three days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase contract. Puchero is only responsible for returns previously consulted (info@somospuchero.com).

We will only accept coffee returns in the case that the error has been made by Puchero. We send our coffees with a maximum roasting date of 22 days, so if it is returned to us, it will have already lost quality and could not be sent again.

In the case of chocolate or cream products, the customer will have 3 days to contact us and request the return.

The buyer will be responsible for return shipping to our address. In the event that we are unable to arrange return shipping, our fee for arranging return shipping is 7€.

In case of defective package due to tampering during transport, the buyer should not accept the delivery and should contact Puchero immediately.
