Hojicha is a Japanese green tea that is roasted at high temperatures. This process transforms its vegetal profile into deep and warm notes, with aromas reminiscent of caramel, wood and nuts.
In this Bar, we combine the creamy smoothness of cacao butter and almonds in the base with the toasted character of Hojicha. The result is a balanced and comforting flavor, with warm and slightly roasted notes, wrapped in the natural sweetness of the base.
