Our white baking chocolate with only 3 ingredients: single origin cocoa butter, organic cane sugar and powdered milk.

This butter is made with cocoa from the Venezuela and is the same butter we use in our chocolates from Ecuador. It is organic and has a milky and smooth taste, more refined than commercial butters.

It combines very well with other ingredients that add a little acidity, such as lemon or red fruits. You can use it both for baking recipes and for making hot chocolate.
