Hi coffee lovers!
In this post you can find a new V60 recipe easy to brew at home with our new Rwanda Gitega Hills. A juicy, boozy and vibrant coffee with raspberry, nectarine and lime notes.
Gitega Hills is a washing station located at 1700 meters above sea level in the interior of Rwanda. It is managed by Alex and Bernard, and one of their main objectives is to create job opportunities for the nearby communities. Over the past few years, they have expanded the coffee cherry drying area, strengthened the station’s infrastructure and started treating the station’s water through natural, chemical-free filtering methods. The station has become a focal point for the community and an icon of Rwandan coffee.
