Smooth, creamy, nutty, date notes
Santo Niño Cacao is an association of producers in the northern part of Merida, on the border with Zulia. The fresh cacao is carefully selected and fermented in wooden crates. Post-harvest teams supervise the process several times a day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Despite the difficult circumstances, and thanks to absolute dedication, they manage to maintain the high standard of quality that Sur del Lago should represent. A balanced profile, with notes of dried fruits and pleasant nuances.
