Boa Vista Farm

Farm , located in the municipality of Cristais Paulista. has 131 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation and an average elevation of 927 meters above sea level, benefiting from the stable climatic conditions and coffee-growing tradition that characterize this region of the state of São Paulo.

The Alta Mogiana is a traditional coffee-growing region in northern São Paulo state, encompassing 15 municipalities and maintaining close ties to coffee cultivation for over 100 years. It features a plateau-like terrain with gentle hills, ranging in elevation from 900 to 1,000 meters above sea level, and a stable climate with average temperatures of 21°C in summer and 17°C in winter. Annual rainfall is around 1,600 mm, concentrated mainly between October and April. Together, these factors promote slow and uniform ripening of the beans.
Coffee cultivation in Alta Mogiana combines selective harvesting with sun-drying in thin layers and the use of modern mechanical dryers with precise temperature control, ensuring
consistency and quality. Among the region’s most representative varieties are Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Bourbon, and Obatã, which are highly valued in the market for their balance and clean flavor profile in the cup.
