This coffee is of the Variety , widely grown in Brazil due to its adaptability and excellent cup quality. In this case, a natural process is used, in which the cherries are dried with the pulp still intact. Thus, coffees like those from Fazenda Promissão not only represent the excellence of the Cerrado Mineiro region but also the commitment of producers like Renato Duzzi to innovation and sustainability in Brazilian coffee farming.
