Colombia – Cupping
Cupping was born from the vision of Catalina, founder and heart of the project, and her partner Pierre, who work hand in hand on their Farm, passionately cultivating exceptional varieties and exploring new fermentation and processing techniques. For them, each batch is an opportunity to experiment and discover unique profiles that highlight the richness of Colombian coffee.
Through Cupping , their export company, they bring these coffees from Farm cup all over the world, connecting the effort of each harvest with consumers who value quality, transparency, and traceability. Each Cupping coffee not only reflects its origin, but also Catalina and Pierre's dedication, constant curiosity, and love for innovation in specialty coffee.
Origin and care
At their Farm, located in Timaná, Huila, Colombia, they work with Caturra and Castillo varieties, manually selecting ripe beans and applying techniques that combine tradition and experimentation. Each stage, from planting to drying, is carefully supervised, ensuring that the natural sweetness and character of the Variety preserved intact.
