Mariana Fallas Solís represents the third generation of a coffee-farming family from Tarrazú. Her life has always been tied to coffee; as a child, she played among the coffee trees, and today she spends her days cultivating the land where she grew up.
The path of coffee farming is fraught with challenges. High production costs, unpredictable rainfall, and market volatility put farmers to the test. However, through unity and mutual support, they continue to tend to the farm with dedication and commitment.
Family tradition sets the pace of their work; they celebrate the blooming of the coffee trees as a symbol of hope and gather each season to process the first batch, marking the start of a new harvest together.
Mariana's dream isn't to create a brand, but to be recognized for her coffee—a coffee made with love, hard work, and deep dedication. A coffee that tells the story of her family, her homeland, and a woman who proudly honors a legacy.
