The Coffee
The San Carlos Dos Cooperative has 672 ha of land and extends from 1100 to 1665m on the Cacahuatique Mountain. Originally, they only grew pacas and bourbon, but recently they have added a small amount of pacamara.
The coffee mill is located at 1400m, which provides perfect conditions for drying. The north/northeast orientation, which is the direction of the prevailing winds, helps to maintain stable temperatures. This lot comes from the El Manzanal and Brasilia sections of the farm.
