From Castilla this Bar wants to detonate your palates with the collaboration of La Chipotlera, as they say, it will be a ritual that will require courage, but certainly, a bite that will make your taste buds dance.
La Chipotlera cultivates Mesoamerican products, giving much importance to the cultural diversity of Mexico, elaborations with 100% chiles. They are located in Navas de Oro, Segovia, a village near Puchero, where they have an organic garden with the only chipotlero oven in Europe. They do things well done, really. They take care of the times of the land, the rhythms, slow and calm, and the hands. The elaboration, seriously.
The base is our Bar Peru 75%, on top smoked habanero and chipotle peppers, salt and dehydrated lime from NaturSnacks.
Be warned, it's spicy.
