This Bar is our first creation using white chocolate as a base. It is a complex Bar with many ingredients, but after a lot of testing and many weeks adjusting all the details, we have found a combination in which all the flavors are present.
It is made with cacao butter from Single origin India Idukki, organic and extracted in origin, lavender grown by Tiedra de Lavanda in Valladolid and lime, strawberry and blueberries dehydrated by Natursnacks, also in Valladolid.
To appreciate the full flavor, we recommend resting the back of the Bar on the tongue first to rehydrate the strawberry and blueberries.
