We like pistachio, very much, but we were missing a full pistachio Bar
Because this
is pistachio.
We start with pistachios grown in Castilla y León, which we roast in Puchero to bring their flavor to the maximum. We grind them together with cacao butter, powdered milk and cane sugar, creating a creamy base that melts in the mouth.
On top, whole pistachios and a touch of salt round out the experience: power, contrast and lots of texture. Smooth, intense and so creamy that it almost melts in your hands.
