Our white chocolate for BAKING with only 3 ingredients: cacao butter from Single origin, cane sugar and powdered milk.
This butter is made with cacao from Venezuela and is the same butter we use in our chocolates from Ecuador. It is organic and has a milky and smooth taste, more refined than commercial butters.
It combines very well with other ingredients that add a little acidity, such as lemon or red fruits. You can use it for BAKING recipes as well as for DRINKING CHOCOLATE.
